Description

Cheesy garlic breadsticks made in a bar pizza pan.  Very similar to Papa Ginos breadsticks

What you'll need
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Ground Mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon Garlic Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Oregano
  • 1 tablespoon Melted Butter
  • 1 tablespoon Parmesan Cheese (Use the good kind from the deli, not the green can on the shelf)
  • 1 cup Shreded Low Moisture Mozzarella (Do not use pre shredded cheese, you have to shred the blocks yourself. The coating on preshredded cheese will burn)
  • 8 ounces Bar Pizza Dough
Instructions
  1. Putting it all together

Using the South Shore Bar Pizza Dough recipe found here, start spreading out an 8oz dough ball into you bar pizza pan.

Let the dough rest in pan for about 15 minutes then finish streching to edge of pan

  2. Butter

Spread melted butter onto the dough

  3. Spices

Combine all of your spices together in a bowl.  Spread out evenly on the dough.  I use my fingers to do this.

  4. Laced Edges

Spread cheddar cheese around the edge of pan

  5. Parmesan and Mozzarella

Spread shredded mozzarella and parmesan all over the top

  6. Oregano

Sprinkle a few pinches of oregano on top

  7. Bake

Bake at 500 for about 8 minutes

  8. Eat!bridgewater breadsticks on plate laced

Cut them up and enjoy!  Dip in your favorite pizza sauce
