If you are a fan of Papa Gino's breadsticks you will love these. These are the perfect addition to bar pizza night and use the same homemade bar pizza dough from this recipe. Made in a traditional 1x10 bar pizza pan these breadsticks are super easy to make and only take eight minutes to cook.

Cheesy garlic breadsticks made in a bar pizza pan. Very similar to Papa Ginos breadsticks
Using the South Shore Bar Pizza Dough recipe found here, start spreading out an 8oz dough ball into you bar pizza pan.
Let the dough rest in pan for about 15 minutes then finish streching to edge of pan
Spread melted butter onto the dough
Combine all of your spices together in a bowl. Spread out evenly on the dough. I use my fingers to do this.
Spread cheddar cheese around the edge of pan
Spread shredded mozzarella and parmesan all over the top
Sprinkle a few pinches of oregano on top
Bake at 500 for about 8 minutes
Cut them up and enjoy! Dip in your favorite pizza sauce
